Dreams Come True Rescue is a 501c3 completely transparent dog rescue in New Hampshire. Founded by myself, Kathy Wiggin, a Desert Storm Veteran, and incorporated in 2019, DCTR is a volunteer-based rescue relying on donations only...no salaries are paid. I frequently say that though I am employed by Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in the ER, that only pays my mortgage, the rescue is my full-time job.  All funds donated or raised through fees are generated back into the rescue for food, medical, supplies, and maintenance upkeep. Our dogs are transported from Southern regions of the US, spayed/neutered, vet checked at Stone Cliff Animal Hospital in Lebanon, NH, given all shots, chipped and current flea/tick/heartworm meds. Our mission is to help unwanted and stray dogs find loving homes in the Upper Valley of NH and surrounding States through sheltering, adoptions, and community outreach. We are a small rescue yet have been able to save over 350 pups since 2019 through the help of our great volunteers! We have been featured in 4 Legs and a Tail magazine, are an official PetSmart adoption partner, and winner of Mascoma Bank's Non-profit of the quarter in 2020.
